Delivery Fees

  • Standard Delivery: R35

  • Express Delivery: R60
    We currently deliver within the city of Cape Town only.


⏱ Delivery Times

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Standard Delivery

  • Southern Suburbs: Next-day delivery

  • Northern Suburbs: 1–2 business days

Express Delivery

  • Southern Suburbs: Same-day delivery (on selected items)

  • Northern Suburbs: Next-day delivery

Most deliveries to central areas are completed within 48 hours. Please allow up to 72 hours for national deliveries.

Delivery Hours
Deliveries take place between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM on business days (Monday to Friday).
No deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

Missed Deliveries / Re-delivery Policy
If no one is available to receive the delivery, our courier will attempt to re-deliver on the next business day.
After two unsuccessful attempts, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse, and any re-delivery will be at the customer’s expense.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice) must be sent via email to info@happypawz.co.za or WhatsApp 060 760 2861.

  • Returns must be couriered to:
    32 Boulevard Way, Capricorn Business Park, Muizenberg, Cape Town
    (Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.)

Items returned without prior communication will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund decision. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded.

Damaged or Missing Items
If your item arrives damaged, or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and order number. We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If your order doesn’t arrive due to incorrect details provided at checkout, we can resend it β€” at your expense.


❌ Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before shipping.

To cancel or change your order:

  • Contact us within 15 minutes of placing the order.

  • Once packing or shipping begins, the order can no longer be cancelled.
