Shipping & Returns

DELIVERY FEE 

  • R35 for all local deliveries (Cape Town)
  • All national orders outside Cape Town will be calculated on checkout.

 

DELIVERY TIME

  • We aim to complete orders in the quickest time possible.
  • Same day delivery for local orders if ordered before 1pm.
  • Local Deliveries ordered after 1pm will be delivered the next day.
  • Most of our deliveries to major centre's take place within 48 hours. 
  • Please allow up to 72hours for national deliveries

 

 

Refunds / Exchanges

We offer a 30-Day money-back Refund Guarantee on all products from date of delivery.

Your item must be in the same condition that it was when you first received it in the original packaging in order to be eligible for refund.

The invoice (proof of purchase) will need to either be emailed to info@happypawz.co.za or WhatsApp to 0607602861.

Items will need to be couriered to our warehouse address: 32 boulevard way capricorn (capricorn business park muizenberg Cape Town) At your own expense.Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund will not be accepted. Once we've received and reviewed your return, we'll let you know whether or not the refund was approved. 

You'll be automatically refunded if accepted.

 

 

We will not accept returns if:

Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control such as providing the wrong shipping address

The returned item is Damaged, dirty or smelly.

 

Cancellations

All orders can be cancelled up until the point that they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us on  within 15 minutes. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Happy pawz pet store is a South African retailer and currently only ships to locations within South Africa.
